Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) held a Website Development Coordination Meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, starting at 09.00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) until completion, located in the UPA TIK Room of Semarang State Polytechnic.
This coordination meeting carried the theme "Modern, Responsive, Integrated" as Polines' commitment to delivering a more professional website that is easily accessible across various devices and interconnected between units and departments.
The event was attended by participants from the Department and Unit Website Administrators at Semarang State Polytechnic.
The event commenced with welcoming remarks from the Head of UPA PTIK, Helmi, S.T., M.Eng. In his remarks, he emphasized the crucial role of the website as the primary face of the institution and an official source of information for students, lecturers, and the public. For website security, managed websites must be updated regularly to prevent external disruptions.
Subsequently, the website development material was presented by Atman Risnendi, A.Md., who also serves as the Secretary of UPA PTIK. He was accompanied by Rucirasatti Nariswana and Bayu Tri Prayitno as Polines Website IT Support.
During his presentation, the speaker outlined the direction of Polines website development to be more modern in terms of interface, responsive when accessed via mobile phones and laptops, and integrated with existing information systems at Polines.
Through this coordination meeting, it is expected that all department and unit website administrators will share a common understanding in managing content, maintaining website security, and presenting accurate and up-to-date information.
The activity took place interactively with a discussion and Q&A session between the participants and the UPA TIK team regarding website management challenges in their respective units.
